One of the busiest places in Pleven — over 1,200 reviews. Despite the “bar” in the name, it’s really a café and restaurant: the music stays low, people come to talk rather than to dance, and you can sit for hours over one coffee.
That makes it one of the better places in town for a long conversation, a first date, or working through an afternoon.
Good to know
- The kitchen closes at 22:00 and the doors around midnight — come earlier if you want to eat.
- Open from 08:00, so it works for breakfast and coffee as much as dinner.
- On Vasil Levski, at the top of the club strip — a sensible place to eat before a night out, not a place to have one.
