Why students go
A pharmacy on Georgi Kochev, an easy walk up from the Medical University and part of the Phoenix (Apteki Feniks) group — so stock and prices follow a national chain rather than a one-off shop.
Cards are accepted, which is not true of every small pharmacy in Pleven.
Good to know
- Opening hours are not published online, so treat it as a normal daytime pharmacy and check the door.
- Apteka Impuls is two doors along at number 59 — if one is closed, try the other.
- Closer to the university still: Mareshki and Model Pharmacy, both around 100 m nearer.
- For late opening, only SOpharmacy on Danail Popov (midnight) and Phoenix (23:00) go past 20:00.
- Bring your passport or residence card for prescription medicine.
