- Almost every club in Pleven sits on the same short stretch of ul. “Vasil Levski” — you can walk between them in two minutes, so a night out means one street, not one venue.
- Small venues fill up and empty quickly — if it’s dead at midnight, walk two doors down.
- Bring cash.
